George has committed himself and his employees to strive for quality, service, and competitive pricing. Office Staff

• George Schermer - Owner and General Manager
  George acquired the company in 2000. George oversees day to day operations and manages all of our Commercial Projects.
  
• Gary Schermer - Accounting and Gutter Service Manager
  Gary has been with the company since 2006. Gary handles payroll and accounting, as well as manages the Gutter Projects
• Mark Hays - Commercial and Specialized Roofing Estimator
  Mark has been with the company since 2000. Mark does all Commercial estimates, flat roofing, and specialized estimates.
• Becky Miller - Project Coordinator
  Becky has been with the company since 2007. Becky is the Purchaser and Coordinator for all roofing projects. Becky also manages the Service Department.
• Terry Nelson - Residential Estimator
  Terry has been with the company since 2010 and joined the company with 20 years experience. Terry provides our on-site residential shingle roof, metal roof, and gutter estimates.

Field Supervisors/Crew Leaders

• George Bookwalter - Service and Repair
  George has been with the company since 1998. He supervises our Service and Repair department. His experience includes all types of roofing applications and specializes in roof repairs and maintenance.
• David Henderson, Rick Frye and Kevin Webb - Commercial Low-Slope Roofing, Slate & Metal Roofing
  David has been with the company since 2001. Rick has been with the company since 2007. Kevin has been with the company since 2006. Each one supervises our low-slope roof, slate and metal roof installations.
• John Turner - Commercial and Residential Guttering
  John has been with the company since 2004. He supervises all of our gutter installations.
